Our stakeholders include anyone who uses the roadways at Kendal or has a stake in the safety of Kendal residents. This firstly includes the residents of Kendal and the director of the property, Dr. Todd Pegg, as they are the parties seeking this change. This also includes anyone accessing the property via Kendal Dr: contract workers, delivery drivers, visitors, and emergency vehicles. We have interviewed Dr. Pegg and engaged the Kendal residence through polling and conversation to define the problem and ascertain their desired outcome. Because this is a project designed to benefit their community, it’s crucial to keep them continually engaged throughout the project and carefully consider their feedback. We haven’t yet received any input from the other stakeholders, but that is our priority when we resume in the Winter. In our Defining the Problem section, we’ll display the aggregated input from Kendal residents.
