After months of research and development, including two Kendal resident focus groups, multiple online surveys, and consultations with professionals in government and industry, we have come to a final proposition to make Kendal a safer and more accessible place for residents enjoying the campus grounds. The figure below is a drawing including what already exists at Kendal and our proposed additions, indicated by the stars “*”. This includes the Raised Crosswalk, RC, sidewalks on the east side of Kendal Drive and the North side of Springlot Drive, and crosswalks C2* and C3* connecting Sunrise Ridge cottages in the East to the West side of campus.
